Will it send anything to a customer without me?
No. automAIte prepares the message or update and a person approves it. Nothing consequential leaves your business on its own.
Which systems does it connect to?
The systems where your customer context already lives, including CRM, email, calendar, messaging and project tools. Availability differs per connection and is confirmed during the demo.
Do we need to change our process first?
No. The starting point is the process you run today. The demo works through your actual steps rather than a generic template.
Is this the same product as the AI note taker?
No. Both are independent but are supported by the same ecosystem. The notetaker is a desktop app you use on its own; but when joined with workflows you can direct the data generated from the recorder, to other applications within your IT landscape.
Where does it run?
On European infrastructure. Specific hosting and data-processing details are covered in the demo and in the contractual documentation.

Does a bot join my meetings?
No. There is no AI assistant appearing as another participant in the call. enzover records from your own device, so conversations stay natural and your participant list stays clean.
Which meeting tools does it work with?
Virtually any online meeting environment, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Meet, Zoom and browser-based calls. Because it records your device, it does not depend on a meeting-platform integration.
Do I need IT to install it?
No complicated deployment, browser extension rollout or IT project. You can get started without administrator rights or changes to your meeting environment.
Where is my meeting data processed?
The note taker is local-first: recording and speaker identification happen on your own device, transcription runs on enzover's self-hosted, EU-based infrastructure, and your meeting data is not used to train third-party AI models. You can permanently delete recordings and the associated data at any time.
Can I record physical meetings on location?
Yes. For physical meetings, simply use the standard voice recorder app on your smartphone — such as Voice Memos on iOS or a voice recorder app on Android. Import the audio file into enzover afterwards and you receive the same automatic transcription, speaker identification and action points.
Can I record something that already happened?
Yes. Previously recorded meetings can be imported and processed in the same way as a live conversation.
Can I change the summary before I use it?
Yes. Transcripts, summaries and AI-generated outputs are editable after every meeting, before anything is shared or transferred into another system.
