AUTOMAITE — YOUR MANUAL TASKS WITH AI.

The tasks are already there. The follow-up work shouldn't be manual.

Your work is scattered across your CRM, inbox, calendar and conversations. automAIte brings it together, prepares the next step in the systems you already use, and waits for a human to approve it. From physical meeting to digital onboarding, we'll help you connect all the dots!

  • Context already lives in your CRM, inbox, calendar and conversations
  • The follow-up work is repetitive, but it still needs judgement
  • automAIte prepares the step; a person approves it

Inside the product

Build the workflow around the way your team already works

A real automAIte workflow receives a Google Forms response, creates the contact in HubSpot and sends the right message in Slack.

How it works

One thread, from context to approved action

Five steps, in order. Step four is not optional.

  1. Capture the context

automAIte reads the context your team already produces in the systems it is connected to, instead of asking anyone to re-enter it.

  2. Structure and check it

The information is organised into the fields, records and language your process expects, and checked against what is already on file.

  3. Propose the next step

A concrete next action is prepared in full — the update, the message, the task — with the context behind it visible.

  4. A person approves

Nothing consequential leaves your business without a human decision. Approve, adjust or discard.

  5. Act in your own systems

Once approved, the step is carried out in the tools your team already uses, so nothing has to be copied across by hand.

What it does

Concrete work, taken off your team's hands

Described as what the product prepares and carries out — not as promises about what AI might one day do.

Keep records current

  • Prepare CRM updates from real conversations and correspondence
  • Fill the fields your process depends on, in your own wording
  • Flag records where the information conflicts with what is already stored

Move the follow-up forward

  • Draft follow-up messages with the context of the last interaction
  • Turn agreed actions into tasks with an owner and a due date
  • Surface deals and accounts where the next step is overdue

Work inside your stack

  • Connect to the systems where your customer context already lives
  • Write back into those systems rather than into a separate tool
  • Keep a record of what was proposed, by whom it was approved and when

Stay in control

  • Human approval before anything consequential is sent or changed
  • Every proposed step shows the context it was built from
  • Adjust or discard a proposal without leaving the review

Who it is for

Built for the people doing the follow-up

Sales teams

For teams losing hours each week to CRM hygiene and follow-up admin rather than customer conversations.

Revenue operations

For the people responsible for data quality and process consistency across a stack that keeps growing.

What it does not do

  • It does not decide on its own. Consequential actions wait for a person.
  • It does not replace your CRM, your inbox or your project tool. It works inside them.
  • It does not invent information. A proposal is built from context it can point to.

Trust

How we keep this accountable

European infrastructure

automAIte is built and operated in Europe and is designed to help companies keep data in place.

Human approval by design

Approval is not a setting that can be quietly switched off for consequential steps — it is how the product works.

Traceable proposals

Each proposed step keeps the context it was built from, so someone can check it rather than trust it.

Questions

Common questions

Will it send anything to a customer without me?

No. automAIte prepares the message or update and a person approves it. Nothing consequential leaves your business on its own.

Which systems does it connect to?

The systems where your customer context already lives, including CRM, email, calendar, messaging and project tools. Availability differs per connection and is confirmed during the demo.

Do we need to change our process first?

No. The starting point is the process you run today. The demo works through your actual steps rather than a generic template.

Is this the same product as the AI note taker?

No. Both are independent but are supported by the same ecosystem. The notetaker is a desktop app you use on its own; but when joined with workflows you can direct the data generated from the recorder, to other applications within your IT landscape.

Where does it run?

On European infrastructure. Specific hosting and data-processing details are covered in the demo and in the contractual documentation.
